Do providers pay per response or per lead?

No. Providers start free with 2 job opportunities, then pay a simple $39/month for unlimited access to all jobs in their service area. There are no per-lead fees, no bidding costs, and no hidden charges.

What if no providers respond?

If no providers respond, we issue a $5 credit you can use toward your next job. The deposit is not refunded when you select a provider.

How does payment for the actual service work?

You work that out directly with your chosen provider. Nave doesn't take a percentage of the job cost. We collect the $5 quality deposit (which your provider credits back on their invoice) and, once a provider's free opportunities are used, a $39/month subscription. This keeps costs fair for everyone.

What's included in the Concierge Service?

For $25, we'll review all the responses to your job and pick the best match based on ratings, availability, pricing, and your stated preferences. This is perfect if you don't have time to compare responses yourself or want expert guidance.
