Sort of! Nave requires a $5 deposit to post a job -- it's there to keep spammers at bay. But once your job is completed, your Nave-sourced professional will deduct $5 from your total bill. We know, it can seem annoying, but it is the best way to keep our fair system, well...fair.

Concierge Mode is our white-glove service where a dedicated project manager handles everything for you—from reviewing offers and making recommendations to coordinating schedules and ensuring quality. You approve the final decisions while we manage all the details.

No. Your contact information remains private until you choose a professional. Pros submit offers through the platform, and you review them at your own pace without pressure or unwanted calls. Nave will never sell your information...ever. But we do ask that you allow us contact you with reminders via email, but it's totally ok if you want to opt out of that. Our whole belief is you should be in control, and that extends to emails from us too.

Right now, it's $39/month. That's it. No other fee, cut, percentage, vig, membership...nothing. In due time, however, we'll be increasing that fee to $79/month...so you may want to join our network before that happens.

Jobs range from emergency repairs to large-scale renovation projects. Nave has same day/next day jobs as well as ones that may not have a determined date of completion.
